Tan Pro Claim and Incident Reporting Procedures

Please report claims and potential claims directly to Zurich. There are three ways to accomplish the reporting of a claim or incident.

The claim center operates 24 hours a day. A customer service representative will take all the necessary information and assign a claim number. You will also be given the above fax number for forwarding the claim, plus the address and phone number of the claim office. The customer service representative can neither handle the claim nor give any advice. Claim Counsel will be assigned the next business day.
